Refund Policy

Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition, unworn, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including intimate apparel, swimwear, and customized or personalized items. Final sale items are also non-returnable.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@tropicstyle.in with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a prepaid return label for eligible items.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of processing.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within the return window.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@tropicstyle.in. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
